Shipping policy

Gun Safes & Built-to-Order Products

Most of our gun safes are built to order. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks from the date of your order for the complete process, including production, processing, freight transportation, and delivery.

The exact timeframe may vary depending on the safe model, selected options, factory production schedules, destination, and freight-carrier availability. We will make every effort to keep your order moving as quickly as possible and will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

Because gun safes are large and heavy, they are generally shipped by common carrier (freight truck) rather than standard parcel services.

Accessories & In-Stock Products

It is our goal to make every effort to ship orders of in-stock products within 1–2 business days.

However, in some cases, such as during periods of heavy order volume or when an item is too heavy to ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, it may take up to 3 business days to ship your order.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time generally depends on the shipping method used:

  • FedEx, UPS, or DHL Ground: Please allow approximately 1–5 business days in transit.
  • Common Carrier / Freight Truck: Transit time is generally 7–10 business days.

These transit times apply after an in-stock order has been processed and shipped. Built-to-order gun safes are subject to the separate 6–8 week estimated total timeframe described above.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the products in your order, their weight, shipping destination, and the shipping service required.

The applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Large or heavy items, including gun safes, may require freight delivery. Freight charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment, the delivery destination, and the required freight service.

Any applicable shipping or freight charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Area

We ship to the lower 48 United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • International destinations
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

Damaged Shipments

Although rare, if a product is delivered to you and has been damaged during shipping, please refuse to accept the shipment from the carrier and have the shipment marked:

“Refused, damaged.”

If this occurs, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Time Estimates

All production, processing, transit, shipping-cost, and delivery estimates provided in this policy are based on the information available at the time of purchase.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factory production schedules, order volume, carrier availability, weather, destination, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside of our direct control.

For built-to-order gun safes, the typical total timeframe from order placement through delivery is approximately 6–8 weeks.
